"The house of Debauch" (by Clairwil Oh) is a vintage, erotic tale packed with lush historical details on the magic and decadence of New Orleans. The illustrations, which were created and captured in 3D virtual worlds, are printed using archival, traditional photographic techniques such as platinum palladium and cyanotype.

The book is up for review with Christopher Teague of Pendragon Press out of Wales that specializes in weird fiction. Illustrations from "The House of Debauch" will be available this summer in the New Orleans French Quarter at Envy and the Coffee Bean Gallery in the Garden District, and a show is planned for September at the Poet's Gallery on Magazine Street in New Orleans."

Author and illustrator Clair LaVaye, born in New Orleans, is a lover of Gothic and occult lore. Other illustrated writings by Clair LaVaye include SADE AND SISTERS, and BASTILLE DREAMS, works on the life of the Marquis de Sade. Work in progress: WHY BURN SADE?, an essay, and THE BEAST AND SCARLET, a play about the life of Aleister Crowley.
